BILLINGS DEFECTIVE MEDICAL PRODUCTS ATTORNEY

You counted on your medical device to keep you healthy and improve your quality of life. Instead, it has resulted in more pain and injury, and now you wonder whether you have any legal options to hold the manufacturer responsible.

You do have options, and I am here to help. I am Montana attorney Gregory Paul Johnson, and I have spent more than 35 years being a zealous advocate for my clients in court and at the bargaining table. I believe that when manufacturers market medical devices that don’t do what they promise — and actually cause injury to patients — they should make things right. If you have been injured by a defective medical device, contact my firm today for a free case evaluation.

An Experienced Personal Injury Lawyer | Helping Patients Injured By Defective Hip Replacement Systems And Other Devices

There are many medical devices that have design flaws or fail to produce the results marketed by manufacturers. Metal-on-metal hip replacement systems are one such product, which have recently been shown to frequently cause more damage than they are designed to prevent and treat.

DePuy, the makers of both the ASR and Pinnacle hip replacement systems, has issued recalls when the systems are defective, often resulting in tissue damage that requires additional surgeries to correct. If your hip replacement system has been recalled, if you have had to undergo corrective surgeries, or if you experience substantial pain as a result of your hip replacement or other device, you may have a legal claim against the manufacturer.

I take pride in not only my representation of my clients, but also the results that I can achieve for them. In a case from 2012, my client received a jury verdict of $8.3 million for a defective hip replacement device.
